CLIENT PROJECT COORDINATOR
BASILE Studio is looking for an experienced client project coordinator with a passion for customer success, problem solving, organization, follow through and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT BASILE STUDIO:
You will be responsible for initial and ongoing client communication throughout projects. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client project success, of multiple, Included but not limited to:
Respond in a timely manner to all sales inquiries. Work with Project Sales Engineering to vet potential projects and spearhead all client communications regarding our process, pricing, timelines and contracts.
Understand our Master Schedule and capacity to help facilitate client and potential client communication.
Check in with team members on their progress and help problem solve roadblocks and bottlenecks to ensure we meet deadlines.
Be the scheduling point of contact for internal team as well as external clients, general contractors, etc.
Assist in collecting status updates from team to analyze and efficiently report progress back to management.
Collaborate with Engineering, Fabrication and Admin teams to develop standards and streamlining the process while still allowing it to be adaptable and fluid due to the highly custom nature of work.
Create and utilizing tools to efficiently and effectively relay project schedules, updates, roadblocks, change orders and any other critical information to clients in a timely manner.
Assist in the development of priorities for the Estimating and Engineering departments as it relates to client and potential client inquiries.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar preferred
3+ years Project Coordination experience required
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Highly values efficiency and able to handle a high volume of tasksStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Ability to learn new technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software required.
Proficiency in Smartsheet a plus

Additional Details
This is a full-time position
This position will be in-person, based in San Diego, CA
Compensation Range based on experience of $25 - $29/hr
