Puesto Concord

This 7,500-square-foot space, with indoor and outdoor seating, draws influence from the Modernist urban landscape of Mexico City. Featuring intricate wood detailing originally inspired by an ancient Mexican mine shaft, Balsa wood table tops with copper inlay, and accents of greenery - BASILE clearly puts natural materials at the heart of this project. The interior space features a striking oversized custom dual layer mural by Bay Area graffiti artist Chor Boogie, consistently ranked in the top three of U.S. street artists. Additionally, a 750-square-foot Douglas fir wall displays a custom electronic light show which frames electrically actuated windows that open up to the patio. At the bar, the overhead interactive liquor storage system operates at the push of a button to lower stored bottles to the bartender. Also showcased are the “Taco Heaven” chandelier and and a chef’s table for special events. With 8 different types of custom-designed seating, the 250-capacity restaurant can be configured to host events of various sizes.
