About This Project

We created an inviting ambiance for this chef-driven accessible craft food eatery by utilizing a series of reconsidered materials. By reinterpreting common building materials we were able to abstract their materiality and heighten their functionality.

The main facade incorporates recycled construction scaffolding planks, while concrete forms create the bases for the main bar areas. Articulated I-beams are transformed into interior seating and window frames.

Overhead, the framing is exposed, highlighting the attachment of the structure to the custom rough-sawn cedar plank LED pendant lights and chandeliers.
