Broadstone Balboa Park’s design inspiration came directly from its charming and energetic San Diego location: Banker’s Hill. With a tip of the hat to the neighborhood’s affluent history and iconic bridges, our design for the common spaces of this 100-unit luxury building combines a boutique hotel experience with modern residential living. The result is a vibrant mix of historical craftsmanship, engaging social spaces, and a new take on live/work/play.
