Evolutions in technology from the industrial age to the present inspired the design for this foreword thinking residential development. Its primary ethos was to develop common areas that rise above the traditional considerations to create spaces that foster creative collaboration where residents feel comfortable building, innovating, and playing. As soon as you set foot on the property you are met with monuments of technology from a working vintage printing press to an interactive movement-tracking flip-dot display, all intended to evoke the creative entrepreneur. The steel and concrete reinforced design scheme creates a sturdy environment in which the next big ideas and grand visions can come to life.
